Returns
To return merchandise for credit or exchange,
please telephone customer service at 717-252-2824 for a return authorization
number.
Due to vendor requirements, videos cannot be
credited or exchanged once the seal is broken.
If a defect is discovered in the purchased videotape, it can be exchanged for
the same title. If new merchandise is returned within 60 days of purchase, there
is a 15% restocking charge; after 60 days, goods will not be accepted. No
returns are accepted on custom items or clearance items. Merchandise should be
wrapped securely and returned via U.P.S., R.P.S., or insured parcel post. There
are no cash refunds.
Returns will require an invoice. Damaged returns
due to faulty re-packing will not be accepted.
Domestic returns should be pre-paid and insured
via UPS. International customers should send
returns via traceable shipping method. Shipping charges including the cost of
packaging and insurance are non-refundable. A check or money order for shipping
and handling charges must accompany all exchanges. Merchandise, returned for
exchange without a check or money order to cover shipping and handling, will be
charged on customer's credit card or sent out COD with appropriate charges.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks on all returns for
exchange or credit.
